REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Rozybearrae. Every purchase/order means a lot to me. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing from me (Rozybearrae)

Digital Products:

Every digital product produced/sold by Rozybearrae on this website cannot be refunded. Once the digital product is downloaded, the data stays with you; it’s irreversible. It’s not like a physical product that you can send back and get your money back. A digital product is already in your hands-computer/iPad/mobile phone/any technology you are currently using to download from.

Physical Products:

• If the product arrives damaged, you are able to refund it, but with proof that it has arrived damaged. Provide images and your receipt.

• If you did not like your product (for whatever reason), once the product has arrived either I could offer other alternatives or refund you. You will have to provide: returning the same product you purchased from me, until I have received the product, I will refund you. The reason behind this is that I wouldn’t receive a product that isn’t mine but has already been refunded. This is called a scam.

Order Issues:

• Digital product download issue, or if your order did not come through, please contact me at rozebearrae@gmail.com. I do my best to assist you in resolving this issue/error.
